The Freak of the Auditorium:

This Image was created for the Gnomon Workshop's monthly forum contest. It's about two children who find a creature in an unlikely place. I started the foundation with a pencil and paper sketch. I moved into Photoshop and began blocking in the basic shapes and defining the color pallette so that i could add a few photo-reference images. I then moved it into Painter to add most of the painterly details and special effects.
